TADD’s Christmas Drive
Every Christmas TADD Charities gives toys to kids from underserved
communities in the Chicagoland area. Our goal is spread the love of Christ by helping families celebrate the birth of Christ through the joy
of giving to their own children.
TADD’s Interiors Design Contest
In an effort to increase the opportunities for interior designers of color to enter the field and succeed. College students and recent alumni will have the opportunity to showcase their design skills by redesigning a TADD client's property to win a chance to work on a real rehab project plus other cool prizes. TADD Charities will be launching its 1st Annual TADD Interiors Design Contest later this year. Stay tuned for official contest dates and rules.
TADD University’s Dreamer’s Grant
In an effort to provide more real estate education opportunities for aspiring real estate professionals we have developed the TADD University’s Dreamer’s Grant. Each semester TADD University will
select three students and give them a $500.00 grant to help cover
class costs and fees needed to take TADD U’s “Broker’s Examination Class.”
Blessings & Success Bags
Every school year we work to bless students in our community. We fill book bags with school supplies and words of wisdom on how to excel academically and spiritually.
TADD’s Athletic Achievement Grant
Every year TADD Charities donates $1,000 to a deserving Cook County public school to help sports teams who need equipment and supplies. The TADD’s Athletic Achievement Grant celebrates the passion that fuels our athletes by giving them what they need to achieve.
